Fulton Hogan is a large civil works company with more than 80 years’ experience in the transport, water, energy, mining, civil construction and land development infrastructure in NZ, Australia and the South Pacific.

As part of their Group Diversity and Inclusion strategy, Fulton Hogan wanted to create a leadership development programme for a group of current and potential female leaders within their business.

The Road to Success programme has helped the participants and management team accomplish great things, resulting in our partnership now extending across Fulton Hogan’s New Zealand and Australian businesses, and expanding to include other areas of leadership and personal effectiveness.
